Christodel Store delivers authentic skincare, wellness essentials, and inspirational literature to customers across Lagos and all 36 states of Nigeria. Please read our delivery framework below.
Outside Lagos: Terminal Pick-Up
Notice for Interstate Orders: Packages dispatched outside Lagos are sent via approved commercial transport carriers for pickup at their designated terminal/motor park in your city. Door-to-door is not automatically included.
Payment On Delivery: Lagos Only
Payment On Delivery (POD) is strictly available for orders within Lagos State. All interstate shipments require payment confirmation via official bank transfer before courier handover.
1. Store Pick Up is Available (Free Collection)
Free self-collection from our physical Lagos store & fulfillment centre
Prefer to collect your products in person without paying any courier fee? Store Pick Up is completely available. Simply select "Store Pick Up" as your fulfillment method at checkout.

Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Address Filling Exemption: When you select Store Pick Up, address filling is not required. You only need to provide your name, email, and active WhatsApp number so our team can alert you once your order is packaged.
2. Doorstep Delivery Within Lagos State
Local dispatch covering Lagos Island, Mainland, and suburbs
Delivery arrangements within Lagos are handled via verified local couriers and dispatch riders.
Mandatory Delivery Address: For all doorstep deliveries, customer address filling is strictly mandatory. Please ensure you supply your house/plot number, street name, and local area at checkout.
Payment On Delivery (POD) in Lagos: Customers in Lagos can opt for Payment On Delivery (cash or bank transfer on arrival) or pay in advance via bank transfer.
Dispatch Timeline: Standard Lagos deliveries are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following confirmation.
3. Interstate Delivery (Outside Lagos)
Covering Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, and all Nigerian states
- Transport Companies & Parks: We partner with reputable interstate logistics and commercial transport operators (e.g., GIG Logistics, Peace Mass Transit, God Is Good, Young Shall Grow, ABC Transport, and state motor parks) to send packages nationwide.
- Terminal Pickup Collection: When your parcel arrives in your destination city or state capital, you will be notified (via SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp) to collect your package from the transport company's designated terminal or park.
- Waybill Documentation: A clear photo of the transport company waybill receipt and driver/clerk contact details is shared with you on WhatsApp once the package is registered.
- Timeline: Interstate shipments typically take 2 to 5 business days depending on road conditions, distance from Lagos, and transport schedules.
3. How Order & Delivery Coordination Works

Add products to bag and checkout on the website. Your order is logged securely in our operations system.
Click "Message on WhatsApp" to connect directly with our fulfillment desk with your pre-filled order details.
Our team reviews your delivery address, calculates the best courier fee, and agrees on the pickup terminal or delivery method.
Official bank transfer instructions are provided. Once payment is confirmed, warehouse packaging and courier dispatch commence.
